一代業主將精工設計引入房間，以粗金屬修飾收納櫃，以細金屬做出活潑的弧形線條裝飾，從壁面延續到天花板，營造愉悅、放鬆的私領域氛圍。

The first generation of proprietors introduced refined designing into the room, decorated the storage cabinets with thick metal, and made festive arc-shaped decorations with a thin metal, which stretched out from the wall to the ceiling, creating a pleasant and relaxing private atmosphere.

二代業主的房間偏向高冷感的美式風格，床背板以灰階跳色製造層次感，邊櫃使用木皮延續中性色彩意識，天花板看似造型獨特，實際上是為了遮蔽中央大樑，同時保留更舒適的室內高度，因此巧妙設計出弧線造型的間接照明。

The second-generation owner’s room tends to be American style with a high sense of coldness. The bed’s backboard is made of greyscales to create a sense of layering; the side-cabinets used wooden veneer to continue the feeling of neutral colour.  The seemingly unique style of the roof shades the central beam, preserving a more comfortable indoor height, ingeniously created a smart lighting way within the arc-shaped design.

全棟樓梯皆採用玻璃隔板，一方便保障行走安全，另一方面維持氣流與採光的通透性，樓梯手把延續金色鐵件意象，水晶燈從五樓傾瀉而下直達一樓，象徵氣場一氣呵成串流不斷。

All the stairs are made of glass partitions, which is convenient to ensure the safety of walking, and on the other hand, it maintains the permeability of airflow and lighting. The handles of the stairs continue the image of golden iron pieces, and the crystal lights pour down from the fifth floor to the first floor, symbolizing the aura continued to stream in one go.

妥善利用大自然能源，減少過度依賴人工電能，是目前綠建築規劃的重要方向，本案在兒童房保留閣樓空間，將陽台外推，使室內有充足的自然採光及通暢的通風環境，以此減少室內空調與人工照明的使用頻率，降低不必要的電能損耗，盡可能達到節能省電的自然效果，即是對環境最好的保護。

Proper use of natural energy and reducing over-reliance on artificial power is essential in the current green building planning. In this case, the attic space is reserved in the children’s room;the balcony is extended to provide sufficient natural lighting and unobstructed ventilation in the room.Thereby reducing the frequency of indoor air conditioning and artificial lighting cuts off unnecessary power consumption. It achieves the natural effect of energy-saving and power-saving as much as possible, the best protection for the environment.

由於業主有收藏美酒的品味，利用精工鐵件設計出具有奢華調性的金色穿透式酒櫃玄關屏風，作為重要的入口意象，為起居空間提供屏隔作用，而穿透式設計使氣場流動不受間斷，令整體空間的採光與空氣依然保持通透。

As the owner has a hobby in collecting fine wines, a luxuriously tuned golden penetrating wine cabinet porch screen with precision iron parts was designed.  It is used as a basic entrance image, a screen for the living space, and creating a sense of uninterrupted aura flow feeling through the design, making the lighting and air in the general area are still transparent.

為了使三代人共同居住的生活空間達到最大限度的利用，特別將房子原本的天井納入室內，增加可使用坪數，增建的頂樓空間規劃成洗衣房和書房，並加入巧思，從頂樓天井加蓋的閣樓做出延伸至四樓的溜滑梯，讓家成為孩子最歡樂的遊樂場。

To maximize the use of the living space where the three generations live together, the original patio of the house was specially incorporated into the room to increase usable square feet. The additional top-floor space is planned to use as the laundry room and the study room. Meanwhile, adding ingenuity to the top patio, the covered attic is connected with a slide that extends to the fourth floor, making the home the happiest playground for children.

當初接到的案場僅是毛胚屋，現場仍有許多未完善之處，在裝修工班正式進場之前，需要先整理屋況，因此前期耗費許多心力進行修繕。

When first receiving the case, it was only a rough house with many imperfections left on the scene. Before the decoration team officially enters the site, the house requires cleaning, causing a lot of effort in the early stages of repair.

四樓頂天井加蓋將原本戶外的區塊納入室內，需考慮漏水問題，為了事先防堵漏水發生，需要重新調整結構，解決方式是在加蓋銜接處增加如羽翼般的延伸遮擋結構，並且重新施作水切裝置，天窗處亦加強防水，全面防止漏水機率。

The roof patio on the fourth floor is covered to incorporate the original outdoor block into the room. To prevent water leakage in advance, the structure required readjustments. The solution is to add a wing-like extended shielding structure at the joint of the cover, then re-implement the water cutting device; the skylight was also waterproofed to prevent chances of water leakage.

大家庭共同居住，最需要的就是規劃充足的活動空間，在私領域都設置了小型起居空間，地下室則有一家人輕鬆互動的視聽室，另備有撞球台、小酒吧，讓家人情感可以獲得深刻的連結。

The most important thing for a big family to live together is to plan enough space for activities. Therefore, small family spaces were contained in each private area. There is an audiovisual room in the basement where the family can interact easily. There is also a pool table and a small bar so that the family’s emotions can be in deep touch.

第三代小朋友是備受重視的小主人，兒童房特別選用鮮豔的色彩為孩子保留繽紛的視覺想像，再額外加強安全設計，於更衣室轉角處改以三角斜板設計，避免孩子在室內活動時不慎碰撞受傷。

The third-generation children are high-valued young owners. The children’s room uses bright colours to preserve the visual image for the kids. Additional safety designs were strengthened; the corners of the dressing room were replaced with a triangular sloping board to avoid children getting injured by accidental collision duringindoor activities.

業主偏好沉穩低調的設計風格，以簡單俐落的現代美式主義為基調，採用黑、白、灰等中性色結合木色，再適度引入金色鐵件提升奢華感，整體保持乾淨的基底元素，創造高雅的環境氛圍，再運用典雅的美式線板堆疊出立體感，增加空間的層次感。

The proprietor prefers a relaxed and low-key designing style. Based on simple and clean modern Americanism, neutral colours such as black, white, grey and others were combined with the colours of the wood; then, introduced golden iron parts to enhance the sense of luxury moderately. Overall maintains a clean base element, creating an elegant environment atmosphere. With the elegance of American line boards, a three-dimensional effect is stacked up to increase the sense of hierarchy in the area.

天花板特別運用高低漸層設計，在其中做出線狀埋燈，當燈光點亮時，彷彿數道指引線指向室內凝聚，營造回家團聚的溫暖氣氛。

The ceiling is specially designed with high and low gradients, in which linear buried lights are made. When the lights are lit, it seems that several guiding lines point condenses towards the room, creating a warm atmosphere of reunion at home.

對孩子來說，家是最有安全感的堡壘，美好的記憶始於童年，四樓是小朋友專用起居空間，將天井納入室內做成小閣樓，孩子們可以在小閣樓自在溜滑梯，透過閣樓玻璃窗看天空、看星星，讓家變成快樂城堡。

For children, home is the most secured fortress; the best memories started in childhood. The fourth floor is a dedicated family space for children. The patio is incorporated into the room to createa small attic; children can slide freely in the area and look up in the sky and the stars through glass windows through the attic, making home a happy castle.
