巨庭機械

本案是為一個經營已達40年的機械企業規劃廠辦空間，既然是辦公大樓，必須優先著重實際所需的機能性，其次再將設計創意與美感融入其中。

一樓櫃台陳設提供強烈的入口視覺，辦公室設置在櫃台背景牆後方以及二樓，唯有採購部門連同會客空間被安置在一樓入口處開放空間，象徵公開、透明的採購履約環境，落實企業廉潔概念。

This project aimed to create a working space for a machinery company that has been running its business for over 40 years. Since it’s an office building, it must first focus on the required practical function and integrate design creativities and beauty.

The counter on the first floor provides a strong entrance sight; offices are located behind the counter’s background wall and on the second floor. Only the purchasing department and guests’ rooms will be placed in the first floor’s entrance, which symbolizes the open and transparent purchase performances environment. It will fulfil the concept of corporate integrity.

三樓共區分兩大使用區塊，有一區是大型機具與樣品展示空間，同樣以圓的設計概念延伸，將展示區域以黑色雙圓色塊環繞，增加視覺聚焦度；另半部空間則是員工休息區，特別以高彩度營造放鬆感。

五樓是股東會議室，內部陳設包含沙發會議區與長型會議桌，空間以純淨的白色、灰色及木色交融，創造一個平和的環境氛圍，牆面以大範圍中式山水畫營造整體空間美感亮點。

The common space on the third floor was divided into two major use areas. One area is a showroom for large-scale machines and samples, which also extended with the concept of circular design; black double-circles surround the area for visual focus. The other half of the space is the staffs’ resting area, using high chroma colours intentionally to create the atmosphere for relaxation.

The shareholders’ conference room is on the fifth floor; interior furnishings include the sofa meeting area and a long conference table. The room is blended with pure white, grey and wooden colours to create a peaceful environment; the wall uses a wide range of Chinese landscape paintings as its overall aesthetic highlight.

五樓戶外露台因具備良好自然採光，在此種植大型綠色植栽，並且鋪上木紋磚，創造室內、室外不同的情境氛圍。

Thanks to the good natural lighting at the fifth floor’s outdoor terrace, a large-scale of plants are planted, responding to the wood-grain bricks paved, bringing out different vibes between the indoor and the outdoor.

火災的發生經常造成嚴重人身財物損失，為了全體員工的安全考量，整棟辦公大樓皆採用符合耐燃一級標準的防火綠建材，這類防火板材具備質輕、耐水、耐熱、硬度夠、燃點高等特點，可有效防堵火勢延燒、發煙，創造舒適、環保、安全的辦公環境。

Fire often causes severe damage losses to human bodies and properties. For all employees’ safety, the whole office building has chosen class 1 flame-resistance materials as its anti-fire and eco-friendly criterion. This kind of flame-resistance panel provides lightweight, water-resistance and heat resistance, sufficient hardness, high ignition, and more. It can prevent fire from spreading and smoking effectively, creating a comfortable, environmentally friendly and safe office environment.
