INSPIRATION / IDEA
設計靈感和動機
設計概念以公司LOGO形象為發想，從入口接待空間的設計意象，展現40年老品牌由零到有、穩紮穩打的實務創業精神，企業由原點開始孕育品牌，而後數十年間積極擴張企業版圖，如今已屆收成，因此以大量圓弧設計，烘托品牌發展圓滿的歷程。

創作故事
本案是為一個經營已達40年的機械企業規劃廠辦空間，既然是辦公大樓，必須優先著重實際所需的機能性，其次再將設計創意與美感融入其中。
一樓櫃台陳設提供強烈的入口視覺，辦公室設置在櫃台背景牆後方以及二樓，唯有採購部門連同會客空間被安置在一樓入口處開放空間，象徵公開、透明的採購履約環境，落實企業廉潔概念。
This project aimed to create a working space for a machinery company that has been running its business for over 40 years. Since it’s an office building, it must first focus on the required practical function and integrate design creativities and beauty.
The counter on the first floor provides a strong entrance sight; offices are located behind the counter’s background wall and on the second floor. Only the purchasing department and guests’ rooms will be placed in the first floor’s entrance, which symbolizes the open and transparent purchase performances environment. It will fulfil the concept of corporate integrity.
三樓共區分兩大使用區塊，有一區是大型機具與樣品展示空間，同樣以圓的設計概念延伸，將展示區域以黑色雙圓色塊環繞，增加視覺聚焦度；另半部空間則是員工休息區，特別以高彩度營造放鬆感。
五樓是股東會議室，內部陳設包含沙發會議區與長型會議桌，空間以純淨的白色、灰色及木色交融，創造一個平和的環境氛圍，牆面以大範圍中式山水畫營造整體空間美感亮點。
The common space on the third floor was divided into two major use areas. One area is a showroom for large-scale machines and samples, which also extended with the concept of circular design; black double-circles surround the area for visual focus. The other half of the space is the staffs’ resting area, using high chroma colours intentionally to create the atmosphere for relaxation.
The shareholders’ conference room is on the fifth floor; interior furnishings include the sofa meeting area and a long conference table. The room is blended with pure white, grey and wooden colours to create a peaceful environment; the wall uses a wide range of Chinese landscape paintings as its overall aesthetic highlight.
五樓戶外露台因具備良好自然採光，在此種植大型綠色植栽，並且鋪上木紋磚，創造室內、室外不同的情境氛圍。
Thanks to the good natural lighting at the fifth floor’s outdoor terrace, a large-scale of plants are planted, responding to the wood-grain bricks paved, bringing out different vibes between the indoor and the outdoor.
火災的發生經常造成嚴重人身財物損失，為了全體員工的安全考量，整棟辦公大樓皆採用符合耐燃一級標準的防火綠建材，這類防火板材具備質輕、耐水、耐熱、硬度夠、燃點高等特點，可有效防堵火勢延燒、發煙，創造舒適、環保、安全的辦公環境。
Fire often causes severe damage losses to human bodies and properties. For all employees’ safety, the whole office building has chosen class 1 flame-resistance materials as its anti-fire and eco-friendly criterion. This kind of flame-resistance panel provides lightweight, water-resistance and heat resistance, sufficient hardness, high ignition, and more. It can prevent fire from spreading and smoking effectively, creating a comfortable, environmentally friendly and safe office environment.
有別於一般單純的LOGO設計，本案將LOGO意象放大，上下延展鋪陳為天、地、壁3D空間概念，構築於一樓入口接待處，並以溫潤的木料製作成格柵設計，從壁面向天花板延伸，達到更立體的美學效果。
Unlike other simple logo designs, this case intentionally enlarges the logo imagery, spreading above and beneath to express the 3D space concept of the sky, the earth and the walls. It is constructed at the entrance reception area on the ground floor, using softwood materials to build a lattice design; it is extended from the walls to the ceilings to achieve a more three-dimensional aesthetic effect.
天花板與接待櫃台相呼應，依然延續品牌LOGO意涵，塑造出圓弧造型，接著再由地面橫向延展，完整表達整體空間概念。
The ceiling echoes with the reception desk, continuing the meaning of the brand’s logo. It then extends horizontally from the ground to express the spatial overall space concept with an arc-shaped creation.
圓的意象持續向四周擴散，大樓裡所有柱體皆改以圓弧造型，石材做圓弧收邊，桌板採圓角設計，符合整體設計語彙，強調圓滿與富含能量之企圖。
The circle’s construct continues to spread around; all the building columns are changed into shapes of arc and the finishing of stones. Table board are designed with rounded corners, conforming to the overall concept and emphasizing completeness and energy.
作為辦公大樓，本案整體設計吻合企業樸實堅定的精神，一方面著重空間使用機能，另一方面又適度展現低調而內斂的美學創意。
As an office building, the case’s overall design matches the company’s spirit of simplicity and firm. On the one hand, it focused on the functions of space; on the other hand, it shows the aesthetic creativity of subtle and restrains appropriately.
潑墨山水大理石仿古處理、安格拉珍珠仿古處理、花崗石仿古處理、栓木實木、耐燃一級板材。
Antique modelling in splash-inked marble landscape, Angora Pearl and granite; with solid Sen wood, class 1 flame-resistant panels.
設計面積約2500平方米，共計五層樓，包括接待櫃台、辦公空間、員工餐廳、員工休息區、機具樣品展示區、股東會議室及頂樓景觀戶外區。
The design area is around 2,500 square meters, in a total of five floors, including the reception counter, working space, staff dining room and rest area, a display area for machine samples, a meeting room for shareholders and a rooftop landscaped outdoor area.
基於大樓裝修須符合防火法規之限制，必須全面使用耐燃一級材料，然而實際施工須合併考量美觀與實用性，受限於某些板材並未符合法定規範，因此由設計師出面與表面板材和防火板材製造商進行協調，以複合雙面板材的方式生產合乎法規之板材，然而這項巧思在實際進行時屢遇板材變形的狀況，經過多次調整工法與重複試驗，終於生產出兼顧美觀與防火效能的複合板材。
Due to the limitations of fire regulations that the building must follow, class 1 flame-resistance materials must be used entirely; yet, practical construction considerations must also proceed parallel with aesthetic and practicability. While specific panels could not meet the legal specifications, the designer negotiated between manufacturers of the surface panels and the fire-resistant panels to produce a double-sided material, complying with the regulations. However, this idea has repeatedly encountered the woods’ deformation during the actual implementations; after multiple adjustments and repeated tests, the final panel that combined beauty and fire resistance was finally produced.
一樓開放空間同時容納接待櫃台與採購部，兩部門間以接待中島作為氣場銜接，將活潑的氣氛帶入辦公區域，塑造活絡的工作情境。
整棟大樓全面採用耐燃一級板材，將員工的生命安危放在守護第一線，提供優質、安全的工作場域。
The first floor’s open space accommodated the reception counter and the purchasing department; a kitchen island was placed in between to join the atmospheres. Brought a sense of vividness into the working area and created a lively office surrounding.
The building uses class 1 flame-resistance materials entirely, putting the safety of employees’ life first and providing a working space with high-quality and protection.
| 一樓入口接待櫃台是公司的門面，因此在這個開放場域投入較多視覺設計，以木料製成的立體格柵形象Logo，串聯天、地、壁乃至整個入口空間，整體設計質樸、大器，再運用黑色、灰色等較內斂的深色系大理石材製作入口背景牆，作為沉穩安靜、強而有力的後盾，象徵從這裡再出發，繼續孕育下一個里程碑。
The reception counter on the first floor represents the whole company. Therefore, more effort of visual designs was put into this open area. The wooden lattice-designed logo connects the sky, the earth and the walls with the entrance area; the overall design is simple and generous. Using marbles with introverted colours such as black and grey as the entrance’s background wall symbolizes a clear, quiet, solid and powerful backing, meaning starting from here and continuing to create the next milestone. 三樓員工休息區是另一個大量置入設計美學的場域，考量到作為放鬆、休憩的空間，以高彩度色彩搭配合併跳色設計，使環境氛圍增添活潑感，非常適合在此短暫休息、轉換心情。 The resting area on the third floor for employees is another space where a large amount of design aesthetics is infused. Considering relaxing and resting, the room uses high chroma with hopping colours to add a lively spirit to the atmosphere. It is a perfect area for short breaks and emotional transformations. 五樓股東會議室設計風格講求質感與內斂，特別挑選雅致飄渺的中國山水畫，以數位美耐板輸出，建構氣勢獨具且格調高雅的牆面設計。 The shareholders’ conference room on the fifth floor strives for quality and reserve. Specially selected Chinese landscape paintings of elegant and ethereal, then exported them on laminate hard plastic sheets to construct an aggressive, unique and sleek wall design. |
